γ-干扰素、腺苷脱氨酶和新喋呤对结核性胸膜炎的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究胸水中γ-干扰素(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、腺苷脱氨酶(Adenosine deaminase,ADA)活性和新喋呤(Neopterin,Npt)水平对结核性胸膜炎的诊断价值。方法:分别用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和偶联速率法检测43例结核性和38例恶性胸膜炎患者胸水中γ-干扰素、腺苷脱氨酶活性和新喋呤水平,并绘制受试者工作特征曲线(Receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC曲线)评价3项指标检测结核性胸膜炎的敏感性和特异性。结果:结核性胸膜炎组胸水中γ-干扰素、腺苷脱氨酶活性和新喋呤水平均显著高于非结核性胸膜炎组(P<0.05)。结论:胸水中γ-干扰素、腺苷脱氨酶活性和新喋呤水平测定有助于结核性胸膜炎的诊断。 Objective:To evaluate the significance of determination of the activity of adenosine deaminase(ADA), and the level of interferon(IFN-γ ) and neopterin(Npt) in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleuritis, Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and couple velocity assay were used to detect the activity of ADA,and the level of IFN-γ and neopterin in 43 patients with tuberculous pleuritis and 38 patients with pleural effusion associated with malignant tumor or other causes and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves were also protracted. Results:The activity of ADA,and the level of IFN-γ and neopterin(P〈0.05 ) were significantly higher in the tuberculous effusion than the fluid associated with other causes. Conclusion:Detection of IFN-γ ,ADA and Npt of pleural fluid may be helpful in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleuritis.
