摘要
为了适应工业自动化的迅速发展,将LabVIEW技术应用到电机的状态监测与故障诊断技术中,实现了硬件和软件资源的共享,快速、灵活地组建了各种自动测试系统,通过利用虚拟仪器的强大功能和灵活、直观的编程语言来进行信号的分析、数据的处理、存储以及图形化显示等工作,初步开发出一个完整的设备状态监测与故障诊断系统。试验结果表明,该系统可以对机电设备的状态起到了很好的状态监测和故障诊断作用。
With the rapid industrial development, when the condition monitoring and fault diagnosing system use virtual de- vice teehnoIogy,it is able to share hardware and software, create various automatic test systems quickly and neatly. It completes many works such as signal analysis, data processing and storage, rapid display using the advantages of virtual instrument and the flexible program. So an elementary monitor and diagnosis system for equipments was developed. The experiments give out the encouraging positive result of condition monitoring and diagnosing for electromechanical equipment.
