摘要
针对现用汽车检测线系统复杂的特点,在介绍检测线总体结构和制动检验台工作原理的基础上,以CAN总线控制器SJA1000作为汽车检测线制动检验台的核心控制器,提出了汽车检测线制动检验台网络系统设计改造方案。实践表明该方案简化了检测线网络系统结构,系统具有模块化、实时性和开放性。
Aiming at the complex characteristic of present automobile test line, this paper introduced the principle of brake inspection system and the construction of automobile test line. It presented the project of the design and reconstruction of automobile test line network system. The project took SJA1000 as the core controller of automobile test line units. Practice indicates that the project simplifies network system structure of the test line, the system's characteristics are modularization, real time and openness.
