摘要
根据热轧钢板自身发光特点,设计了基于线阵CCD和DSP的无光源钢板尺寸在线测量系统。利用DSP外部存储器接口(EMIF)与直接存储器访问(DMA)的特点,实现对CCD输出数据的并行高速采集。采集的数据进行滤波后二值化,得到反映钢板宽度的脉冲信号,求出该脉冲宽度就可以计算出钢板宽度。该系统实现了基于DSP的线阵CCD数据采集与处理,达到了对热轧钢板尺寸实时在线测量的目的。
According to the characteristic of the hot rolling steel plate shines itself, a steel plate size measuring system without light source was designed based on the linear CCD and DSP. It used the direct memory access (DMA) and external memory interface (EMIF) features of DSP to realize the CCD signal acquisition parallelly and fleetly, After filtering and binaryzation, the pulse reflected the steel plate's width was got, the steel plate width can be computed with the pulse width. This system realizes data acquisition and processing of linear CCD based on DSP, and achieves the goal of hot rolling steel plate size real-time measurement in high speed.
