摘要
分析了MC13213芯片的特性,即集单片机及射频于一身,也称"射频SoC(片上系统)"。论述了基于该芯片构建油田远程智能监控系统的原理及实际电路设计,包括终端监控部分以及基站部分设计;在温度采集电路中采用带有调平电阻的单电桥,提高了采样精度;在数据传输后采用了数字滤波的方法,提高了系统的抗干扰能力;该系统提高了油田系统数据采集与控制的速度和灵活方便性。应用结果表明:该系统运行稳定可靠,数据传送稳定可靠,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
The functions of MC13213 were analyzed, set in a microcontroller and RF, also called RF SoC (system-on-chip), based on which the practical application was demonstrated in constructing a wireless mobile communication system used for oil-field long-distance inteUective monitoring and controlling system and the actual circuit design, including monitoring of the terminal and the design of base stations. The temperature acquisition circuit adopted a single resistor leveling bridge, improved sampling precision. After the data transmission, it used digital filtering methods to improve the system's anti-jamming capability. The system improved the speed and efficiency of data collection and control in oil-field system, The application results show that the operation and the data transmission are stable and reliable, and it has a certain extent of practical promotion value.
