摘要
通过K2、PPA、MBA和PSA等培养基对香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种的选择性和鉴别作用进行比较,结果表明,K2培养基抑制杂菌的能力强,适宜香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种生长,齿轮状菌落是该小种的鉴别特征.利用K2培养基从土壤中检测出的菌株在香蕉组培苗上进行致病性测定,确认该菌株为香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种.因此,K2培养基可以作为香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种的鉴别培养基,用于土壤、香蕉苗和田间病株中香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种检测.
The selectivity and identification of K2, PPA, MBA and PSA media for Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 4 were compared. The re.sults showed that K2 media allowed the development of F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 4 and formed the laciniated colonies, whereas contaminants were greatly suppressed. The strain, isolated on K2 media from natural soil, was identified as F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 4 by pathogenicity test. Therefore, the media is a potent differential media for isolation of F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 4, which is convenient for detecting F. oxysporum f. sp. cuberlse race 4 from soil, seedling and host tissue.
