苯丙乳液水泥砂浆横向变形与压折比及其关系 被引量:15

Transverse Deformation and Ratio of Compressive Strength to Flexural Strength of SAE Latex-Modified Mortar and Their Relationship

摘要 采用横向变形和压折比这2种方法表征了苯丙乳液水泥砂浆的韧性,研究了苯丙乳液对水泥砂浆韧性的影响,并着重探讨了这2种表征方法的关系.结果表明:苯丙乳液改变了水泥砂浆的断裂特性,使其断裂行为由典型的脆性转变为一定塑性,即改善了水泥砂浆的韧性;横向变形量和压折比都可以表征苯丙乳液水泥砂浆的韧性,只是二者在不同韧性范围内的敏感性不同,横向变形量随韧性的增加呈直线增大,试验范围内敏感程度不变;而压折比则呈曲线变化,韧性较大时其敏感性下降. The toughness of styrene-acrylic ester(SAE)copolymer latex-modified mortar was measured using two different methods, i. e. , transverse deformation and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength(σC/σF) in order to evaluate the effect of SAE latex on the toughness of cement mortar. The relationship between the methods of transverse deformation and the σC/σF was also studied. The results show that SAE latex improves the toughness of cement mortar and changes the broken characteristic, from typical brittleness break to break with some plasticity character. Both of the transverse deformation and the σC/σF can express the toughness of SAE latex-modified mortar, but the sensitivity is different in different range of toughness. The transverse deformation increases linearly with the increase of the toughness; while the σC/σF changes based on exponential function and its sensitivity decreases in the high toughness range.
