山西平陆地区古近纪河湖相地层的重新厘定与划分 被引量:4

摘要 通过对山西平陆地区河湖相地层的野外地质调查和实测剖面,对分布于该区内的古近系进行了详细的研究和划分,重新厘定了该区古近系岩石地层单元,建立了生物地层和年代地层层序,提供了新的ESR测年数据。将该套河湖相地层从新到老重新划分为:渐新统柳林河组(E23l)、小安组(E31x);始新统西滩组(E42x)、赵家岭组(E23z)、坡底组(E22p)、门里组(E21m);古新统坝头组(E11b)。为华北地区乃至全国古近纪地层的研究与划分对比提供了重要依据。 Recently the authors have carried out field geological survey and measured sections in the Pinglu area, Shanxi. According to the survey and section they have made a detailed study and classification of the Paleogene strata distributed in the study area, redefined Paleogene lithostratigraphic units in the area, established the biostratigraphic and chronostratigraphic sequences and provided new ESR dating data. The fluvio-lacustrine strata have been divided from younger to older into the Oligocene Liulinhe Formation (E32l) and Xiaoan Formation (E3^1 x), Eocene Xitan Formation (E2^4x), Zhaojialing Formation (E2^3z), Podi Formation (E2^2p) and Menli Formation (E2^1 m) and Paleocene Batou Formation (E1b). This study provides an important basis for the study, division and correlation of the Paleogene of North China and even the whole country.
