足三里注射胃复安对食管癌、贲门癌根治术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

The effect of Zusanli acupoints injected with metoclopramide on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after radical operation of carcinoma of esophagus,and gastric cardia

目的:观察足三里注射胃复安对食管癌、贲门癌手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:158例患者随机分成实验组和对照组:实验组术后第二天即行双侧足三里注射胃复安各10mg,每日1次,对照组为空白对照不做任何处理,观察两组患者肛门排气、排便以及肠鸣音恢复时间。结果:实验组术后胃肠功能恢复的时间较对照组明显提前(平均约24h),两组有明显差异(P<0.05);实验组胃瘫综合症发生率(1.3%)明显低于对照组(5.1%),但不具有统计学意义(P=0.363>0.05)。结论:足三里注射胃复安能有效促进食管癌、贲门癌根治术后胃肠功能恢复,使患者进食时间提前,并可能减少术后胃瘫综合症的发生。

Objective：To odserve the effect of Zusanli acupoint injected with metoclopramide on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after the radical operation of carcinoma of esophagus, carcinoma of gastric cardia. Methods： There were 158 patients who were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group, in which both sides of Zusanli acupeints of the patients were injected with 10 mg metoclopramide at the second day after radical operation of carcinoma of esophagus, carcinoma of gastric cardia, once a day; the control group, which were treated with nothing. Patients were observed for the time of anus evacuating, defecation as well as the recovery of bowel tones. Results：The recovery of gastrointestinal function of the experimental group was faster than the control group＇s, （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;the in- cidence of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome （ 1.3% ） was lower than the control group＇s （5.1%）. Conclusion：The injection of Zusanli acupeint with metoclopramide can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after the radical operation of carcinoma of esophagus ,gastric cardia, and the incidence of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome will get lower.
