摘要
韶钢烧结厂新建的6号烧结机(360 m2)采用了一套自动采制样系统,该系统由采样、化学样制备、粒度分析和转鼓检测等的几个部分构成。由于取样量大且为皮带上截取,试样的代表性大大优于人工取样,能更加客观地反映烧结矿实物质量,更有利于指导生产。同时,还可减少工作人员,并减轻工人的劳动强度。
An automatic sampling system was applied in SHAOGANG No6 sintering plant, it is made up of bucket type cutter sampler, chemical analysis sample preparation, sinter size analysis and tumbler test etc. As the cutter sampler can take out over 100kg sinter sample from the product belt every time, so that the representative of sinter, sample is better than manual sampling and the operating labour for sampling system and their labour intensity are all lesser than No5 sintering plant.
