酒钢球团竖炉掺烧转炉煤气的生产实践

Pelletizing Production with Using Mixture of BF Gas and BOF Gas in JIUGANG

为了进一步提高竖炉球团产质量,以及提高爆裂温度偏低的七角井、四道沟精矿的使用比例,我们将八万柜富余转炉煤气引至球团竖炉,掺入高炉煤气进行球团焙烧,通过优化焙烧参数,取得了明显的效果。

In order to increase the output and quality of shaft furnace pellet, and to increase the proportioning ratio of QIGIOAJIN and SIDOAGOU concentrates, the surplus BOF gas in 80000m^3 gas tank was led-in to the shaft furnace, and mix with BF gas to roast pellets. Through optimizing process parameters, the good effects were gained.
