眼轮匝肌蒂颞区皮瓣修复眼睑缺损

Repair of eyelid skin defect with the temporal flap pedicled with the orbicular oculi muscle

目的:探讨以眼轮匝肌为蒂的颞区皮瓣修复眼睑缺损的临床应用。方法:根据对耳颞部颞浅动脉系统与额部及眼眶区周围血管系统之间的交通吻合情况的解剖学研究结果,应用以眼轮匝肌为蒂的颞区皮瓣修复眼睑缺损12例。结果:12例眼睑缺损修复均取得了满意的效果,未出现并发症。结论:眼轮匝肌蒂颞区皮瓣修复眼睑缺损比局部或皮下蒂组织瓣易于移转,修复后外形满意且供区隐蔽,是修复眼睑缺损的良好选择。

Objective To investigate a new method for repairing of eyelid skin defect using the temporal flap. Methods According to the anatomy research of the facial blood vessal ,especially the anastomosis among superficial temporal artery, supraobital artery and epicanthal artery, we developed the temporal flap pedided with the orbicularis oculi muscle.From 2002 We have completed successfully 12 cases eyelid defects with temporal flap. Results All the 12 patients were satisfied with the effects after operation. Conclusion Temporal flap pedided with the orbicularis oculi muscle is easier to transplant or get good shape. It provides a new method for eyelid defect.
