老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术效果分析

The analyses of integrated factors with the senile blepharochalasis of upper lid surgery combined with plastic surgery of baggy-eyelid

目的:总结笔者在过去7年中实施老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术的临床经验。方法:自1999年6月～2006年7月,我们对98例年龄65～91岁因上睑松弛及睑袋要求行整形手术者,一并实施老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术。术后随访1年以上。结果:98例受术者均对手术效果满意。通过整形手术,不仅消除了因眼睑松弛对视野的遮挡,而且改善了容貌,提高了生活质量。结论:老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术可以达到治疗与美容的目的。

Objective To study the senile blepharochalasis of upper lid surgery combined with plastic surgery of baggy-eyelid on the patients who visited our department in the past 7 years. Methods From June 1999 to July 2006, we successfully carried this kind of operation on 98 patients （ages, 65-91years old） who request for surgery on senile blepharochalasis of upper lid and baggy-eyelid simutaneouso And all cases were followed up more than 1 year. Results All of these patients were satisfied with the operation. This combined operation relieved the absence of visual field caused by blepharochalasis of upper lid, cosmeticized these aged person, and improved their living standard. Conclusion This kind of surgery is not only a curative operation but also a cosmetic surgery.
