摘要
目的:观察迷迭香提取物对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法:雄性小鼠连续6周皮下注射D-半乳糖1mg/g·d制备小鼠衰老模型。造模同时以迷迭香提取物灌胃,检测血清和脑中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量;以及进行耐缺氧实验。结果:衰老模型对照组血清、脑中SOD活力明显降低,MDA含量明显增高。与衰老模型对照组相比,迷迭香各剂量组的SOD活力明显提高,MDA含量明显降低;且各剂量组都能延长小鼠耐缺氧时间。结论:迷迭香提取物能清除自由基,具有抗衰老作用。
Objective : To observe anti-aging effect of Rosmarinus ofllcinalis extract on subacute aging model mice induced by D-galactose. Methods: A total of 132 healthy male mice were divided randomly into normal control group, aging model control group, low-, middle- and highdose Rosmarinus officinalis extract treated groups. Except the normal control group, all the other four were subcutaneously injected with 1 mg/g · d D-galactose for six successive weeks. The model mice in the low-, middle-and high-dose treatment groups were treated with Rosmarinus officinalis extract in a dose of 1 g/kg, 2 g/kg, 4 g/kg per day for six successive weeks. Then SOD activity and MDA level in serum and brain were assayed. The hypoxia tolerance experiment was also performed. Results: In aging model control group, SOD activity in serum and brain was signifcantly lower, and MDA level was signifcantly higher. As compare with aging model control group, SOD activity was signifcantly higher, MDA level was significantly lower and time of anti-hypoxia was significantly higher in the three treated groups. Conclusions: Rosmarinus officinalis extract can clear free radical and prevent aging.
