水蛭、虻虫药对对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性的影响

Hemorheological effect of drug pair of hirudo and tabanus on rat models of blood stasis syndrome

目的:观察水蛭、虻虫药对对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法:大鼠连续给药7d,第6天给药后1h,除空白对照组外,其余各组以皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素及冰水浴复制大鼠血瘀证模型。次晨药后2h采血,测定血液流变学指标。结果:模型组血液流变学各指标明显升高;与模型组比较,药对组能降低全血黏度、还原血黏度和血浆黏度,其作用优于虻虫,而且有优于水蛭的趋势;药对还能降低血细胞比容,作用优于虻虫或水蛭;能降低红细胞的聚集指数,缩短红细胞电泳时间。结论:水蛭、虻虫药对能明显改善大鼠血瘀模型的血液流变学异常,其对血流变学各指标作用强度优于单药组,或者有优于单药组的趋势。

Objective： To observe hemorheological effect of drug pair of hirudo and tabanus on rat models of blood stasis syndrome. Methods： Rats were randomized into 5 groups： blank control group, model control group, hirudo （in the dosage of 900 mg/kg）, tabanus （in the dosage of 300 mg/kg） ,hirudo and tabanus combination groups（ hirudo and tabanus in the combination proportions of 3： 1 and their dosages being 900 and 300 mg/kg）. The administration method is gastric gavage, qd for 7 consecutive days. Rat models of blood stasis syndrome were established by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline combined with icy water stress. Results ： Drug pair of hirudo and tabanus markedly improved the parameters of blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood reduced viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythocytes electrophoresis time（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the single drug group, the effect on the above parameters was stronger in the combination groups, in particular the effect on hematocrit. Conclusion： Combination of hirudo and tabanus can improve hemorheological parameters. The combination has a better effect on some parameters than hirudo and tabanus alone.
