水蛭、虻虫药对对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察水蛭、虻虫药对对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法:大鼠连续给药7d,第6天给药后1h,除空白对照组外,其余各组以皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素及冰水浴复制大鼠血瘀证模型。次晨药后2h采血,测定血液流变学指标。结果:模型组血液流变学各指标明显升高;与模型组比较,药对组能降低全血黏度、还原血黏度和血浆黏度,其作用优于虻虫,而且有优于水蛭的趋势;药对还能降低血细胞比容,作用优于虻虫或水蛭;能降低红细胞的聚集指数,缩短红细胞电泳时间。结论:水蛭、虻虫药对能明显改善大鼠血瘀模型的血液流变学异常,其对血流变学各指标作用强度优于单药组,或者有优于单药组的趋势。 Objective: To observe hemorheological effect of drug pair of hirudo and tabanus on rat models of blood stasis syndrome. Methods: Rats were randomized into 5 groups: blank control group, model control group, hirudo (in the dosage of 900 mg/kg), tabanus (in the dosage of 300 mg/kg) ,hirudo and tabanus combination groups( hirudo and tabanus in the combination proportions of 3: 1 and their dosages being 900 and 300 mg/kg). The administration method is gastric gavage, qd for 7 consecutive days. Rat models of blood stasis syndrome were established by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline combined with icy water stress. Results : Drug pair of hirudo and tabanus markedly improved the parameters of blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood reduced viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythocytes electrophoresis time( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the single drug group, the effect on the above parameters was stronger in the combination groups, in particular the effect on hematocrit. Conclusion: Combination of hirudo and tabanus can improve hemorheological parameters. The combination has a better effect on some parameters than hirudo and tabanus alone.
