火炬零件压铸工艺数值模拟及优化

Numerical Simulation and Optimization of Die Casting Process for the Torch Parts

摘要 依据火炬零件结构特点,设计了4种压铸工艺方案。以Pro/E软件作为三维实体设计工具,Z-Cast软件作为计算手段,通过对其压铸工艺方案的数值模拟计算,预测压铸过程中可能产生的缺陷,确定最优压铸工艺。采用这种优化设计方法,可以提高压铸工艺设计效率,同时降低压铸模具设计和制造成本。 According to structure features of torch parts, four die-casting processes were designed by Pro/E software and Z-Cast software. The potential defects position in the torch parts were predicted by simulating the filling process of four kinds of die casting sketches to optimize the die casting process. The results show that the visualization technology can improve the design efficiency in die casting process and reduce the cost of mould design and manufacturing.
