睑袋及其周边年轻化整形术的新观点

New ideas of juvenescence plastic surgery for lower eyelid and its surrounding chalasis

目的探讨下睑眼轮匝肌扇形肌瓣下移修复眶下凹陷对下睑及周边整体形态的效果。方法经下睑缘皮肤入路行下睑袋整复术,在去除多余眶隔脂肪的同时,沿眶下缘处剪开并分离眼轮匝肌形成扇形肌瓣,缝合固定填充眶下缘凹陷区。结果本组患者共126例,其中86例患者随访3～12个月,除3例在术后3个月时,眶下缘凹陷下界有小范围的沟状凹陷,经再次手术填充矫正外,其余患者均获得满意效果。结论应用下睑眼轮匝肌扇形肌瓣填充眶下缘凹陷区,能较好地达到眶区年轻化的效果。

Objective To discusses the influence of the fan- shaped flap of lower eyelid ocular orbicularis which was moved downwards to rehabilitate the infraorbital introcession on lower eyelid and its surrounding shape. Methods Through the skin of infraorbital margin approach, lower eyelid prosthesis was performed by removing superfluous suborbital fat; cutting and separating orbicularis muscle to form fan - shaped muscle flap; and then sewing up, fixing and filling up the infraorbital introcession. Results Eighty-six among 126 cases were followed up for 3-- 12 months, all were satisfied with the results except for 3 cases with small the infraorbital groove introcession which were repaired by filling operation. Conclusion Filling the infraorbital introcession by using fan - shaped muscle flap of orbicularis muscl can achieve juvenescence.
