摘要
当前我国煤炭工业虽然取得了长足的发展,但煤炭生产开发仍面临许多问题。我们必须以科学发展观为指导,采取有针对性的对策措施,保护和合理开发煤炭资源,保障国民经济和社会发展的需要,促进社会主义和谐社会建设。
Although China coal industry has developed notably by now, it＇s still facing some barriers. Therefore, we must constitute and adopt proper policies and measures with the direction of ＂Scientific Development Concept＂, which focus on developing and protecting coal resources, satisfying the energy demand of economic and social development, promoting the construction of a harmonious society.
