摘要
本文介绍了能源消费弹性系数的计算方法,分析论证了能源消费弹性系数与单位GDP能耗之间的关系。对北京市和全国的能源消费弹性系数进行了对比分析,重点从产业结构的差异上分析了两者存在很大差别的原因。最后,结合北京市产业结构调整的实际情况,在对北京市能源消费弹性系数的变化进行分析的基础上,对北京市节能提出了建议。
In the paper, it discusses the techniques for calculating elasticity coefficient of energy consumption, and analyzes the relationship between energy elasticity coefficient and energy intensity. Hereafter, it applies both Beijing and China＇s data to estimate the elasticity coefficient. The empirical results suggest the elasticity coefficients in Beijing and China make a great difference which can be explained in view of industrial structure. Finally, based on actual situation of Beijing＇s industry structural adjustment, it researches the change of elastic coefficient of energy consumption, and put forward some suggestions.
