摘要
许多疾病的诊断需要对特定生理信号予以长时监测和评估,才足以得出准确结论,但现有设备普遍存在体积大、费用高、操作复杂等问题,严重制约了此方面的应用。本文引入飞行故障记录中常用的黑匣子概念,将数据记录与解读环节完全分离以简化硬件设计及降低成本,实现了由智能温度传感器、微处理器及存储芯片等基本单元组成的体温记录卡及软件。基于温度校对及呼吸频率监测试验表明,贴附于体表的记录卡所存储的动态温度数据易于通过USB接口再现于计算机屏幕。该器件的采用使得以一种极低成本方式长时间监测体表温度并对其予以事后评估成为可能,预计将在医疗卫生事业及日常生活中有一定的应用价值。
An appropriate diagnostics on many diseases relies on a long term monitoring and accurate evaluation on some specific physiological signals, However,the currently existing apparatuses are generally huge in size, high in cost and complex in operation, which seriously impede their wide acceptance, Here to overcome such technical barrier, the concept of dark casket commonly used for recording flight failure was adopted to completely separate the data recording and unscrambling procedures so as to simplify the hardware design and lower the expense, And a body temperature recording card ( TRC ) consisted of several basic elements like intelligent temperature sensors, microprocessors and memory chips including software was developed, Based on the experiments of temperature calibration and respiratory frequency detection, it was found that the temperature transients recorded by the TRC attached to the body surface could be easily displayed on the computer screen via the USB interface, The application of such device enables a long term skin surface temperature monitoring and an afterwards evaluation, It is expected to have wide application in health care and daily life.
