摘要 目的探讨利用16层螺旋CT血管成像技术诊断下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的可行性。方法对25例临床拟下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的患者进行16层螺旋CT下肢血管成像检查,采用最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现技术(VR)、曲面重建(CPR)及仿真内窥镜(CTVE)进行重建分析方法进行。结果全部螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)检查均获得成功,其中腹主动脉狭窄2例;髂动脉狭窄5例,闭塞1例;股动脉狭窄7例,闭塞3例;小腿动脉狭窄6例,闭塞1例。全部患肢均存在股动脉以下不同程度的狭窄或闭塞。结论利用16层螺旋CT下肢血管成像技术可以直观、全面地诊断下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症,了解病变的范围和程度,这是一种安全、准确、无创的检查方法。 Objective To discuss the value of 16-slice CF lower extremity angiography in the diaguasis of arteriosclerntic occlusive disease. Methods 16-slice CT was performed on 25 patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease' s symptoln. All CT angiograms (CTA) were produced by maximal intensity projection, volume rendering technique,curved planar reconstruction and CTVE. Results All examinations of patients' CTA were successful,including straitness 2 cases in aorta abdominal,straitness 5 cases and occlusion 1 cases in lilac communist,Straitness 7 cases in artery of femoral and occlusion 3 cases,straitness 6 cases and occlusion 1 cases in artery of crus. Different stenosis or emphraxis of below-poplitcal arteries were existed in all patients. Conclusion The lower extremity angiography of 16-slice CT can monitor the mul- tiple arteries of Arteriosclerotic occlusive disease for lower limbs and observe the extent and range of lessions. The method has high diagnostic accuracy in patients with lower extremity artery diseases, and is safe, no-trauma and effective in lower extremity artery.
