摘要
CC-LINK现场总线是目前应用较为广泛的一种现场总线。介绍了应用该现场总线控制技术在聚丙烯薄膜生产线上的设计方法,生产线的电气控制主要分成速度链传动控制系统,温度控制系统,测厚控制系统和辅助控制系统;分析了总线系统的硬件设置及软件编程。采用CC-LINK现场总线系统,实现了控制设备的高速响应,自动控制,安全运行。
CC-LINK fieldbus is now a kind of fieldbus in wide application. Introduction was made to the design method of the fieldbus control technology in application ofpolypropylene thin film product line. The electrical control of the product lines was mainly devided into pace chain transmission control system, temperature control system, thickness measurement control system and awxiliary control system. Hardware setting of the bus system and software programming were analyzed. The adopted CC-LINK fieldbus had realized control equipment＇s high speed response, automatic control and safety operation.
