“二阶温度补偿电阻”方法在SF_6气体纯度分析中的应用

摘要 在电力系统中,由于SF6气体主要充当绝缘和灭弧介质,通常需要检测SF6气体的纯度、湿度以及泄露等指标。介绍了带有"二阶温度补偿电阻"的测量电桥及测量电桥的二阶温度补偿功能。采用"二阶温度补偿电阻"方法,可以提高SF6气体纯度测量精度,精度达到±0.5%。在测量过程中节省气体,减少工作量,提高工作效率。 In electric power system, SF6 gas is as insulation and arc extinction medium, so normally there is a need to test the purity, humidity of SF6 gas and leakage indexes etc. Introduction was made to the measurement electrical bridge with "second-order tempera- ture compensation resistor" and second-order temperature compensation function of the measurement electrical bridge. With adoption of "second-order temperature compensation resistor" method, SF6 gas purity measurement accurary can be raised with accuracy at 0.5 %, in measuring process gas can be saved and working quantity is reduced as well as working efficiency raised.
