摘要
系统研究电炉大方坯热装热送的各个环节,确定大方坯采用铁路运输。分析铁路线路布局,测定运输能力、合理配置运输设施,研制了合适的保温台车。通过对铁路行车安全、与铁水运输交叉干扰、运行组织模式、钢坯物流信息管理、不同行车吊装工具、原有厂房行车作业能力限制以及模拟试运行效果分析,提出系统的解决方案,经效果验证,满足了生产工艺要求,确保了钢铁产品质量要求,控制了合理的投资成本,而且还兼顾了生产过程的稳定性、连续性,满足了生产操作的安全要求。
Each link in the EAF bloom hot-charging and hot-delivery was investigated systematically, and then it was decided that the steel bloom be transported by railway. The overall railway arrangement was analyzed, the transportation capacity was determined, the transport facilities were allocated reasonably and suitable insulated trolleys were developed. Through analyzing the railway safety, cross interference by the hot metal delivery, the driving organization mode, the bloom transport information management, different hoisting tools, the operation capacity of the original workshops and the simulated transport effect, a systematic solution was advanced. It was proved that the solution could meet the production demands. The quality of the steel products was guaranteed and the investment cost was reasonably controlled. As the production' s stability and continuity were fully considered, the operation safety requirements were satisfied.
