梅钢全富粉烧结工业性试验

摘要 梅精矿作为自产矿一直是梅钢烧结生产的主要原料之一,但由于梅精矿自身含磷高的特点,铁水中的磷也一直处于较高的水平。梅钢通过全富粉烧结,使烧结矿中磷含量的平均值从0.118%下降到0.079%,基本上达到了冶炼低磷铁水的目的。烧结各项技术经济指标如全铁、转鼓强度、低温还原粉化指标以及利用系数等得到不同程度的提高;但各项操作参数,如合适的混合料水分、烧结矿碱度的提高,还需进一步优化,使烧结矿强度达到预期水平。 Meishan iron ore concentrate, a kind of ore produced by Meigang Plant, is one of the major materials for sintering production. Because it contains a high concentration of phosphorus, the hot metal keeps high level of phosphorus. Meigang Plant produces full rich ore, which makes thephosphorus content drop to 0. 079% from 0. 118%, basically achieving the goal of smelting hot metal with a low concentration of phosphorus. Furthermore, each of its technical and economic indexes of sintering was improved to a various extent, including "TFe", tumble strength,RDl, utilization factor, etc. But its operation parameters, such as proper moisture, increase in sinter's basieity, etc. need to be further optimized. It can make the sinter strength reach an anticipated level.
