摘要 从生产组织角度分析了1800mm热镀锌机组稳定运行的主要影响因素:规格跳跃、退火曲线切换、外板集批生产、锌层厚度控制等,从而确立了生产计划编制过程中对带钢规格、退火温度、钢种品种、锌层厚度以及后处理种类等主要因素进行衔接和跳跃的基本准则,以有效预防带钢断带、跑偏、炉内瓢曲、镀层量不均等问题,确保机组生产效率的最大化。 Some main factors that affect the operation stability of the 1800mm continuous galvanizing line (CGL) were analyzed in terms of production scheduling. These factors include skips of specifications, switching of the annealing curves, manufacture of outer board in batches, thickness control of zinc layers, etc. The basic rules concerning connecting and skipping factors, such as strip specifications, annealing temperature,steel varieties, thickness of zinc layers, post-treatment, etc. were established for the purpose of preventing strip fracture, off tracking, buckles in the furnace, and non-homogeous coating, etc. All these could ensure the maximum production efficiency.
