摘要
为了提高资源利用水平,改善铁矿选矿指标,梅山铁矿开展了弱磁—强磁降磷工艺试验、尾矿浓缩试验等多项研究,完成了破碎筛分工艺优化、YMT-75型大粒度跳汰机应用等技术改造。通过试验研究和工艺升级,装备水平大幅度提升,技术经济指标显著提高,矿石处理能力由126万t/a扩大到400万t/a,铁精矿铁品位由52.91%提高到57.24%。并提出了加快开发资源,增强发展潜力;继续优化磨矿和选别工艺参数,提高生产效率;推进尾矿利用产业化,实现可持续发展;开展低品位矿石开发研究,促进资源综合利用等建议。
For the purpose of raising the resource utilization rate and improving the iron ore beneficiation indexes, many research activities have been carried out, such as the dephosphorizing process of low-intensity and hlgh-intensity magnetic separations, the tailings thickening tests, the technical transformation for crushing-screening process optimization and making use of YMT-75 big size jigs. Through the experimental research and process upgrading, the equipment standard was raised to a great extent, and the technical and economic indexes were improved obviously. As a result, the annual ore handling capacity was increased to 4 million tons from 1.26 million tons, the iron concentrate grade was lifted to 57.24% from 52.91%. The following proposals were advanced, such as to exploit the resource rapidly, strengthening the enterprise' s development potentials ; to optimize ore-grinding and beneficiation process indexes, improving the enterprise' s production efficiency; to promote the industrialization of the tailings utilization, fulfilling the sustainable development, and to develop low-grade ore exploitation research, accelerating the comprehensive utilization of the resources.
