摘要
现存的ZigBee网状网络采用Ad Hoc按需矢量路由算法AODV。AODV是在洪泛的基础上来确定路由的,随着节点的增多,网络性能便会下降,网络的扩展便受到限制。在该文中提出一个有助于提高网络扩展性的基于簇的ZigBee网状网络路由协议ZiCL,它是在ZigBee网状网络分级地址结构的基础上,将网络划分成簇,分别给每个簇分配一个簇标。在路由发现时,基于簇标来查找目的节点,减少路由发现程序。仿真结果显示,ZiCL降低了路由开销从而提高了网络扩展性。
The routing algorithm of ZigBee mesh networks is ad hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV), which is used in MANET. AODV based on flooding for discovering any route, so the network performance decreases sharply as more nodes join a network, and limit the scalability of network. In this paper, we propdse a mesh routing protocol that helps to enhance scalability for ZigBee mesh networks, which is called ZiCL (ZigBee Cluster Label). ZiCL uses hierarchical address structure of ZigBee to divide a network into some clusters, and then assigns a unique cluster label to each cluster. ZiCL performs routs discovery for destination based on Cluster Label. This results in fewer router discoveries. Simulation results show that ZiCL helps to reduce routing overhead and improve scalability of ZigBee mesh networks.
