UG二次开发在炮管混合膛线电解加工中的应用

摘要 为解决大缠角深槽混合膛线电解加工阴极需要通过试验反复修正,试验难度大,研制周期长的问题,在Visual C++6.0环境下进行UG二次开发,设置人机交互界面,建立炮管毛坯和阴极工作齿模型,编写程序,采用UG二次开发的方法进行模拟加工.实验表明:用这种方法可缩短实验的次数,缩短阴极设计周期.采用计算机阴极辅助设计进行阴极设计,在一定程度上节约了成本,缩短了研制周期. To solve the problem of requiring repeated validation, high difficulty of experiment and long period of development in cathode design of rifle of artillery tube in electrochemical machining (ECM), in the environment of Visual C++ 6.0, UG was secondary developed; user interface was set up; the model for cannon barrel blank and working teeth on cathode model were established and programmed. The method of UG secondary development was utilized to simulating manufacture. The result of experiment indicates that this method can decrease experiment times and shorten the design period of cathode. The adoption of computer-aid cathode design in cathode design, to some extent, the cost is lowered and the development period is shortened.
