摘要 目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定雷公藤外用凝胶中雷公藤甲素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mmi.d,5μm),检测波长为220nm,流动相为甲醇∶水(46∶54),流速1ml/min,柱温为室温。结果:在10.24~51.20μg/ml间,雷公藤甲素的浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),方法回收率为98.3%,RSD为0.23%(n=5)。结论:此方法准确、简便,可用于雷公藤甲素外用凝胶中雷公藤甲素的含量测定。 Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the assay of the content of triptolide in triptolide gek Methods:The content of triptolide was measured by HPLC on Diamonsil C18 column(250mm × 4.6mm i.d,5 μm)using methanol-water(46:54, v/v)as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The UV detection was set at 220nm. Results:The calibration curve was proved to be linear in the range of 10.24-51.20μg/ml with a regression coeficient of 0.999 7. The average recovery of the method was 98.3%;RSD was 0.23%(n=5). Conclztsion:This method is found to be rapid and accurate for the measurement of triptolide in triptolide gel.
