摘要 研究了制备工艺对Fe0.6Ni0.4O1.3(Fe-Ni)/SDC复合阳极性能的影响。阻抗谱和燃料电池输出特性显示,烧结时间和复合阳极中电解质的掺杂量对电化学性能有很大的影响,最终确定当Fe-Ni、SDC及碳粉的质量比为7∶3∶1时,阳极的性能较好。使用该阳极的电池,在700℃时的输出功率密度最高可达232.69 mW/cm2。 The effects of preparation processes on the performance of Feo.6 Ni0.4 O1.3 ( Fe-Ni)/SDC composite anode were investigated. The results of impedance spectra and the output characteristics of the fuel cell showed that the sintering time and the doping amount of electrolyte in composite anode had great effect on the electrochemical performance. The performance of the anode was better when the Fe- Ni, SDC and carbon powder were mixed according to the mass ratio of 7: 3 : 1. The maximum output power density of the fuel cell using this anode was 232.69 mW/cm^2 at 700 ℃.
