摘要
分析了混合动力汽车(HEV)用MH/Ni电池的特点,对电池建模进行了探讨。基于额定电压为144 V的6 Ah MH/Ni电池组的混合脉冲实验,采用回归分析方法,辨识了Thevenin、PNGV两种电池等效电路模型参数;在Simulink中建立了等效电路模型,用HEV电池的3种典型工况测试了模型精度。Thevenin模型在恒流充电工况下的精度较高,而PNGV模型在充放电交替变化较大的复杂工况下的精度更高,更适合HEV中的高功率型电池。
The features of Ni/MH battery for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) were analyzed and modeling of battery was discussed. Based on hybrid pulse test of 6 Ah Ni/MH batteries whose nominal voltage was 144 V, the parameters of two types of battery equivalent circuit model named Thevenin model and PNGV model were identified by regression analysis. The equivalent circuit models were realized by Simulink and the accuracy of the models was tested by three typical working conditions of HEV battery. The Thevenin model had good performance on the working condition of galvanostatic charge, while the accuracy of PNGV model was higher under complex working condition which had a rapid change between charging and discharging. The PNGV model was more suitable for high-power battery which was used in HEV.
