摘要
本文利用有限元理论,建立了电动轮传动系统的数学模型;分析了传动系统中承载斜齿轮轮齿的应力;并采用遥测方法对电动轮样机进行了动态应力测试。研究结果揭示了电动轮传动系统在不同行驶速度下的齿根应力变化规律,指出了最高机械效率下的电动轮转速即最佳车速,并根据试验结果对改进电动轮加工工艺提出了建议。
A mathematics analytic model of a motor in wheel transmission system is set up by using the finite element theory.The tooth force of the helical gear on load in the transmission is analyzed.By means of wireless telemetering the dynamic tooth stress of a developed motor in wheel transmission is tested.The study shows the law of the root stress changing in various speed.The optimum speed,the transmission speed with the hightest mechnical efficiency,is obtained.And based on the test results,a rational method to improve the processing technology of a motor in wheel system is presented.
