摘要
双圆弧齿轮齿端修形是减小啮入冲击、降低传动噪声、避免齿端崩角、提高使用寿命的有效措施。本文提出了适合工程应用的双圆弧齿轮齿端修形计算方法,并在催裂化装置高速双圆弧齿轮工业验证中,取得了很好的效果。
