组织工程技术在声带修复中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 声带所特有的精细结构及功能是发音的基础,声带固有层细胞外基质成分是维持其正常振动的基础。声带损伤后细胞外基质的组成及分布发生变化,大量纤维组织增生,导致不可逆瘢痕的产生,引起发音甚至呼吸障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前应用的声带注射填充术能够在一定程度上改善声门闭合情况,改善发音,但不能准确复原细胞外基质的复杂组织成分,不能真正实现声带的结构重建并最终达到功能恢复的目的。近年来,组织工程技术的发展给损伤声带的修复再生带来希望。目前动物实验研究表明,应用组织工程技术能够促进声带固有层细胞外基质的修复重建,促进损伤声带的修复再生。
