摘要
以机电集成超环面传动理论为基础,利用电磁学理论知识,通过空间坐标变换原理,研究分析了机电集成超环面传动蜗杆外部磁场计算,得到了在直角坐标系和径向坐标系间的变换矩阵,推导出了在径向坐标系下磁感应强度的计算公式。利用公式对蜗杆不同截面上的磁感应强度进行了分析、计算,并同直角坐标系下的相应结果进行了对比。实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性。
Based on the theory of integrated electromechanical toroidal drive and electromagnetic theory and through space coordinates transformation, we studied the electromechanical integrated toroidal transmission worm exterior magnetic field and obtained the transformation matrix between the rectangular coordinate system and the radial direction coordinate system. We derived the magnetic induction intensity formula in the radial direction coordinate system and used the formula to analyze the worm magnetic induction intensity on different sections. Experimental results confirmed the theoretical analysis.
