摘要
针对火力发电厂汽轮机胀差检测的可靠性问题进行了讨论,提出并分析了抗共模干扰、判别传感器故障、传感器过电流保护以及双重数字滤波等几种有效的硬件和软件可靠性措施.经实际应用表明采用上述措施后可有效地保证监视系统稳定可靠工作.
The reliability problem about turbine differential expansion monitoring system, transducer fault diagonostics etc, have been analyzed and solved by the reliability method using several kinds of hardware and software. With application of the reliability method discussed in this paper, the differential expansion monitoring system can work reliably and stably.
