糖尿病酮症酸中毒35例诊治分析

目的探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒（DKA）的发生、诱因、诊疗特点。方法回顾分析35例DKA患者的临床资料。结果33例救治成功，死亡2例，死亡率5．7％。结论及时确诊，治疗时把握三个关键，大部分病人（94．2％）代谢紊乱得以纠正获得治愈。

Objective Of diabetic ketoacidosis （DKA） the occurrence of incentives, clinic characteristics. Methods DKA retrospective analysis of 35 cases of patients with the clinical data.
