黑川手术在颈椎病中的应用与分析

目的探讨“黑川手术”在治疗颈椎病的应用与临床疗效分析。方法对我院在2oo3年2月～2oo7年11月，采用“黑川手术”治疗的13例颈椎管狭窄症患者进行随访，按JOA评分标准分析术前、术后症状、体征的改善情况。结果随访0.6～3．5年，多数病人脊髓功能均有不同程度的恢复。按JOA评分标准，优良率为923％。结论“黑川手术”用于治疗颈椎病，疗效满意，是颈椎管狭窄症有效的治疗方法。

Objetive To investigate the clinical efficacy of the heichuan surgical operation in the treatment of cervical spinal disease. Methods 13 patients with cervical spinal disease in our hospital from February 2003 to November 2007 were followed up. The spinal function recovery or improvement rates were analyzed by Japanese Orthopedic sociation （JOA） score system. Results The follow-up period ranged from 0.6 to 3.5 years, with an average of 1.8 years and recovery or improvement of spinal function was found in the most patients. The results were evaluated with JOA score system, The total excellent rate was 92.3%. Conclusion The heichuan surgical operation is an effective method in the treatment of cervical spinal stenosis.
