摘要
目的了解甲苯咪唑的研发、市场情况和临床应用。方法检索搜索引擎及国外内各医药网站。结果甲苯咪唑合成于1971年，同年投入临床，销售数量在抗寄生虫药市场排名在3～6位，适用于驱除肠道寄生虫感染。结论具有广谱、高效和低毒的特点，价格便宜，人群需求量大，还属当前驱除肠道寄生虫的首选药物。
OBJECTIVE To understand research, marketing and clinical application of mebendazole. METHODS To search worldwide medical database and network. RESULTS Mebendazole was synthesized in 1971 and applied clinically in the same year. The sales amount of mebendazole rank third to sixth in domestic antiparasites market. It was used in the treatment of worm infections. CONCLUSION Mebendazole, as an helminthicide, is always broad-spectrum, effective and applied widespreadly, so it still is the choice drug.
