摘要 目的研究18α-H-甘草酸二铵的制备方法。方法18β-H-甘草酸三铵在碱液处理后再酸化转化为18α-H-甘草酸,通氨气得18α-H-甘草酸三铵,再加酸酸化为单铵,最后氨化得甘草酸二铵。结果得到含量≥99%的白色产品,经MS1、HNMR、13CNMR、UV确定结构。结论该合成方法具有反应条件温和、转化率高、质量易控制等优点。 OBJECTIVE To study the synthetic method of Diammonium glycyn'hizinate. METHODS 18β-H-triammonium glycyn-hizinate was converted to 18α-H-glycyrrhizinate acid by basification and acidification successively. Ammonia was added to synthesize 18α-H- triammonium glycyrrhizinate, then acid was added to get 18α-H-monoammonium glycyn'hizinate. Finally diammonium glycyn'hizinate was synthesized by ammonification. RESULTS The purity of the white product was above 99%, the structure was confirmed by MS,^1HNMR,^13CNMR,UV spectrum. CONCLUSION The synthetic method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, high yield and easy-controlled quality.
