摘要 通过对滚切式定尺剪机构的原理分析,建立以曲轴转角为变量的上刀架任意点轨迹求解方程,在此基础上对剪切机构参数进行优化,使剪刃重叠量更加均匀。 Through analysis on principle of spatial rolling mechanism of a cut-to-length rolling shear, the path equation of any point of top rest was established by taking the striking angle of the crankshaft as variables, on the basis of the path equation to simulation parameter of rolling shear's mechanism, get at the eclipsing uniformity for the edge of a shear.
