摘要
针对多辊系高精度冷轧机压下复位问题,借助于压力传感器加、卸载特性研究方法,进行了轧机压下精度的试验研究。通过对该轧机在预设最大压力范围内的加、卸载试验,并通过对所得试验数据进行必要的插入计算,将每步加、卸载时波动的压力折算为标准的压力值,使之轧机的位移量能在归一为标准压力下进行讨论,从而算出了该轧机的加载精度,卸载精度,加、卸载滞后精度,进而得出该轧机压下复位精度可控制在5.8%以内的结论,为同类冷轧机的压下精度研究提供了一定的理论依据。
Experimental research on roll adjusting accuracy of mill was conducted by the research method of load and unload characteristics of force sensor according to the roll reposition of high-accuracy cluster cold mill. The load an unload tests of mill were carried out in the maximum load range and the load fluctuations during load and unload process were calculated to the standard force through differential calculation of test data. In this way, the load and unload accuracy of the mill as well as the delay precision of load and unload were calculated. The test results show that the reposition of mill can be controlled within 5.8%. The work in this paper provides reference for the research of screw down accuracy of similar mills.
