摘要
通过对1450连铸机长水口机械手倾翻机构参数的力学计算,分析了倾翻机构电动缸故障的原因。通过对倾翻机构进行结构改造和参数优化,提高了传递效率,降低了电动缸的负荷。
The mechanics parameter of shroud manipulator tilting mechanism of 1450mm continuous casting machine was calculated in this article, and the reason of power cylinder failure was analyzed. By changing structure and optimizing parameter, the transmission efficiency of tilting mechanism was improved, and the load on power cylinder was reduced.
