摘要
针对萍钢一炼钢厂连铸钢包回转台历年来发生的回转轴承故障,结合连铸钢包回转台的实际运行参数,并根据每次故障现象和损坏程度进行综合分析表明,安装保养欠缺是连铸钢包回转台回转轴承故障的主要原因。
In allusion to the fault on the gyre bearing of continuous casting ladle turret at No. 1 steel plant of Pingxiang Iron and Steel Company Ltd. in past years, referring to the actual operating parameters, and in accordance with each fault and damage is comprehensive analyszed, the lack of installation and maintenance is the main reason for the gyre bearing＇s failure.
