健康体检筛查出癌症病例的管理分析

目的分析探讨在健康人群中体检以及时发现早期癌症病例的有效方法。方法回顾北京市体检中心自2007年1月至12月全部89357人健康体检中筛检出的重大阳性体征，运用信息化体检的手段，由体检医师进行自动化登记后，交由主检医师对各个相关科室反馈的信息进行分析．对可疑癌症病例及时通知其到相关医院进行进一步检查．直至明确诊断。结果最终确诊51例癌症病例。结论定期体检，做到早期发现癌症，是提高癌症治愈率的关键。

Objective To investigate the effective methods of early detecting cancer cases from health examination. Methods The in charge doctor studied the result of health examination from January to December in 2007 of The Beijing Health Examination Center, and detected the important passive sign in 89357 people totally. The in charge doctor analysis the information reacted by the relation department using the informationization methods of health examination after the health examination doctor registered automatically. The impossible cancer case were informed to detect deeply until make sure the diagnosis, results Fifty-one cancer cases were diagnosis in the end. Conclusion Regular health examination is to be the key to early, find and improve the cure rate of cancer.
