应用可调压式分流管治疗脑积水

摘要 目的总结应用可调压式分流管治疗脑积水的疗效。方法对31例脑积水患者,全麻下应用体外可调压式分流管行脑室-腹腔分流术治疗。结果31例术后1周脑室明显缩小23例(56.5%);略有缩小5例(21.7%);无缩小3例(21.7%)。术后临床症状明显缓解26例(73.9%);症状缓解不明显5例(26%),经过调压后症状缓解。本组术后需调整阀门压力的患者10例(43.4%)。结论应用体外可调压式分流管行脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水是一种安全、有效的方法。 Objective To summarize efficacy of implantation with adjustable valve shunts in hydrocephalus patients Methods. The shunt ventricle-venter with adjustable valve shunts in 31 patients. Results Ventricles lesson definitely after operation in 23 patients 56.5% , little lessen in 5 patients 21.7%, no change in 3 patients 21.7%, symptom improved definitely in 26 patients 73.9% indefinitly 5 patients 26% and improved after adjust need adjust the pressure of the valve after operation in 10 patients 43.4%. Conclusion With adjustable valve shunts is an safety and effective treatment in hydrocephalus patients.
