摘要 目的:分析内蒙古西部地区胆结石患者的结石氨基酸谱,并探讨氨基酸与胆结石成因的关系,并且对各类胆结石进行氨基酸成分测定对照研究,以助于寻找更好的溶石药物。也可分析出不同时期胆结石中的氨基酸含量有无变化。方法:根据红外光谱特点以及结石取石年份的不同选出90份胆结石进行氨基酸成分测定,其中包括胆固醇结石、胆色素结石、混合型结石。通过统计学分析,比较同年内各型结石中氨基酸的含量以及比较三年内同类型结石中氨基酸的含量。结果:胆固醇结石、胆色素结石、混合型结石其氨基酸量比例为28.9∶5.67∶1,胆固醇结石、胆色素结石、混合型结石其氨基酸酸性组分大于碱性组分,其中甘氨酸含量最高,同一类结石在三年内的氨基酸含量做统计学处理比较(P>0.05),无明显差异。因实验的关系未测得半胱氨酸,而测得半胱氨酸的二硫化合物-胱氨酸。结论:①胆结石中普遍存在着17种蛋白质氨基酸。②无论何种胆结石,其成分均为脂族氨基酸>酸性氨基酸>碱性氨基酸>芳香族氨基酸>含硫氨基酸。③在8种脂肪族氨基酸中,甘氨酸含量最高,占17种氨基酸总量的15.56%。④氨基酸含量依次为:胆色素结石>混合型结石>胆固醇结石。⑤混合型结石中胆红素含量越高,氨基酸含量也越高。胆色素结石和胆固醇结石各氨基酸百分含量基本相似。 Objective: Analysis the spectral of amino acids with gallstones of gallstone patients with the western region of Inner Mongolia, and explore the relationship between the causes of amino acids and gallstones, and control study the amino acids of types of gallstones. In order to help find a better drugs to dissolves the gall- stones. Analysis the amino acid content of gallstones in different periods whether changes. Methods:According to IR features and different year of the gallstones, 90 cases of gallstones were selected and divided into 3 groups: 30 cases of cholesterol gallstones, 30 cases of mixed stones, 30 cases of bile pigment stones. Through statistical analy- sis to analysis the amino acids of different type of the gallstones and different year of the gallstones. Results:The proportion of amino acids of Cholesterol gallstones, mixed stones and bile pigment stones were 28.9 : 5.67 : 1 respectively. The content of alkaline amino acid were higher than the content of the same type of stone in three years amino acid content to do statistical comparison(P 〉 0.05), There was no significant difference. For the reasons for the experiment, detected the cysteine disulfide compounds-Cystine, instead of homocysteine. Conclusion:(1) Gallstones are prevalent in the 17 kinds of amino acid of protein. (2) In every gall- stones, aliphatic amino acid〉 acidic amino acid〉 alkaline amino acid〉 aromatic amino acid〉 Sulfur- containing amino acid. (3)Aliphatic amino acid accounted for about 50% of the total amino acid in gallstones and 15.56 % of 17 kinds of amino acid was glycine. (4) Followed by the content amino acids- Bile pigment stones〉 Mixed stones〉 Cholesterol gallstones. (5)Although total amount of amino acids and various amino acids of bile pigment stones were probably several percentage of those of cholesterol gallstones, the construction of the constituent was basically similar.
