小剂量氯胺酮超前镇痛与免疫功能的研究发展

摘要 氯胺酮是临床常用的非阿片类麻醉镇痛药物,氯胺酮超前镇痛是指在手术切皮前静脉给予或硬膜外给予小剂量氯胺酮,以减轻术后疼痛程度和(或)减少术后镇痛药用量,并且对术后患者的免疫功能有积极的影响。
