比较抑郁症与精神分裂症自杀行为及护理对策

目的:比较抑郁症与精神分裂症自杀特征,为此提供科学有效的护理对策。方法:采用回顾性方法调查病人住院时病例记载的自杀行为的主要临床症状,用χ2、P检验进行对比。结果:抑郁症自杀行为主要影响因素是抑郁情绪、焦虑、关系妄想、自责观念。精神分裂症主要影响因素是幻觉、冲动行为、被害妄想、抑郁情绪。结论:抑郁症和精神分裂症的自杀行为是精神科危机干预的重要内容,临床医护人员应重视精神症状对自杀行为的影响,及早发现自杀先兆,为此采取有效可行的护理对策。

Objective： Compared with the depression and the schizophrenia suicide characteristic, validly provides the science for this to nurse the countermeasure. Method： The suicide behavior main clinical symptom which uses the review method to investigate the patient to be hospitalized when case of illness records, with X2, the P examination carries on the contrast. Results： The depression suicide behavior major effect factor is the despondent mood, anxious, the relational delusion, rebukes oneself the idea. The schizophrenia major effect factor is the illusion, the impulse behavior, the killed the delusion, the despondent mood. Conclusion： The depression and the schizophrenia suicide behavior is the important content which the neurology department crisis inter- venes, the clinical medical care personnel should take the mental symptom to commit suicide the behavior the in- fluence, early discovered the suicide omen, adopts effectively for this feasible nurses countermeasure.
